Deposit Terms
A non-refundable deposit of S$5,000 is required upon execution of this Agreement.
COE Bidding
The Dealer shall undertake reasonable efforts to secure the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) at the prevailing market premium.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery shall occur on the agreed Expected Delivery Date subject to COE allocation and vehicle availability.
Warranty Summary
The Vehicle is covered under the Dongfeng EV Standard Warranty for 5 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, the deposit shall be forfeited in full.
Personal Data Consent
The Buyer consents to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data in accordance with the PDPA.
